About Rhinoplasty

Closed-

Dr. Commons uses the closed technique, where incisions are made inside, for patients who require minimal work. This is ideal for correcting a hump on the nasal bridge or narrowing the tip of the nose.

Open-

If there is a great deal of corrections that need to be made, Dr. Commons can open the nose at the base (in a well-concealed area) so that he has more visibility during the surgery.
