See Dr Commons website to see beautiful results from liposuction procedures of all parts of the body including arms, face, neck, breasts, abdomen, back, hips, buttocks, thighs 360, knees, and more. The secret to superb liposuction results is vast experience. Dr Commons has done liposuction on over 3700 patients and 16,000 + areas. Liposuction must be approached with the same love and care as a surgeon approaches a nose or eyelid or facelift. Every stroke of the cannula must be perfect. The patient is best asleep and motionless and comfortable. The procedure cannot and must not be rushed. A rushed liposuction looks awful. A beautiful and perfect liposuction takes time. Time adds a little extra cost but is extremely worth it. Garments must be perfectly placed. Incisions must be tiny and for all intensive purposes invisable. Patients are very happy with their liposuction by Dr Commons. View the website photos of all liposuction areas. Call for a consultation that is complimentary. You will be so happy you did see and select Dr Commons.

Liposuction and Your Surgeon’s Training
Liposuction safety and results depend on the skill and training of your surgeon and not upon the latest technology toy the surgeon has purchased. Either your surgeon is good and well trained or they aren’t.
Look for surgeons who are certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery when you seek quality and service. Look for the FACS behind your surgeon’s name when you seek quality and safety. FACS, or Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Look for the surgeons Operating Facility certification by the prestigious QuadAAAA if you want safety and quality.
Liposuction can be done well with very simple instruments. The ultrasonic assisted technologies including Vaser help in some situations if the surgeon is otherwise capable.
A capable surgeon can attain nice results with any technology and often with very little high technology employed at all. An untrained surgeon can be dangerous with any technology or lack thereof.
Always avoid cut rate facilities and doctors that have prices that seem too good to be true. Low prices mean corner cutting in staff , safety and surgeon training. That translates into danger and death for the patient. See a well qualified true surgeon using criteria mentioned for your liposuction.

The Art of Fat Transplanting
For many years Plastic Surgeons have tried to use fat as a graft substance. This all began in 1918 with severe WWI injuries. The fat did not take very well then, but much progress has been made since.
Plastic surgeons have learned that fat must be treated very gently and be centrifuged prior to use. When transplanted only 50% of fat survives on the average, but the remaining 50% is permanent.
The initial placement takes great skill and artistry on the part of the surgeon and almost always a second procedure is indicated for best results. The fat that survives will survive as long as the procedure is indicated for best results. It will survive as long as the patient does. There are many stem cells in fat and the stem cells are really responsible for productive results.
One can obtain pure stem cell mixes and transplants but the harvesting and processing is very expensive and not worth the cost when plain centrifuged fat works just as well. Should a patient request pure stem cells I can do this but the cost of production is high and really not worth the extra expense despite claims to the contrary.
In conclusion, FAT has arrived and is a great natural transplant entity. Come in for a consultation and we can discuss this at length.
